ABS plastic is a copolymer of acrylonitrile (A), butadiene (B) and styrene (S). Among them, butadiene has unreacted double bonds. The main influencing factors of product color yellowing (b value) are base material, auxiliary agent, process and toner. Through the unique formula design and special process, the reduction speed of the butadiene double bond was successfully controlled, and the yellowing of the toner was reduced. The weather-resistant ABS was successfully developed, which has been successfully applied in the sanitary ware industry.
