Antibacterial PP is a new type of functional polymer material with its own bactericidal and antibacterial properties. It inhibits or kills bacteria contaminated on plastics and keeps itself clean by inhibiting the reproduction of microorganisms. It can be applied to sanitary fittings, washing machine liners, plastic parts in refrigerators, etc.

Antibacterial agents include inorganic antibacterial agents, organic antibacterial agents and natural antibacterial agents. Relatively speaking, inorganic antibacterial agents have more excellent characteristics, mainly manifested in two points: ① high safety (no volatility), ② good heat resistance. Antibacterial mechanism

Under humid conditions, inorganic antibacterial agents slowly release a small amount of silver ions.

Because the surface of the bacteria is negatively charged, the positively charged silver ions are adsorbed on the surface of the bacteria, thereby destroying its electrolyte balance, causing the bacteria to die due to damage to the cell wall.
